The Power of Branding: Elevating Your Business with Workwear Printing

In today’s business world, branding is more important than ever. Your company’s image is everything, and it’s essential that you take steps to ensure that your brand is recognized and respected. One way to do this is through custom workwear printing. Custom workwear not only makes your employees look more professional, but it also helps to promote your brand and elevate your business. In this blog post, we’ll explore the power of branding with custom workwear printing and why it’s an investment worth making. First Impressions Matter As the saying goes, “you never get a second chance to make a first impression.” This couldn’t be truer when it comes to your business. Your employees are often the first point of contact for potential clients or customers. They are the face of your brand, and as such, they need to look the part. Custom workwear printing ensures that your employees look professional, put-together, and cohesive. This first impression can go a long way in creating a positive perception of your brand. Promote Your Brand Custom workwear printing is an excellent way to promote your brand. Your employees become walking billboards for your business. When they wear your branded work wear outside of the workplace, they’re helping to create brand awareness and recognition. This can be especially important for businesses that rely on word-of-mouth referrals or have a local customer base. Your employees wearing custom workwear can be a subtle but effective way to promote your brand and gain new customers Unite Your Team Custom workwear printing can also help to unite your team. When everyone is wearing the same branded work wear, it creates a sense of unity and belonging. This can be especially important for large companies with multiple departments or locations. Custom workwear can help to break down silos and create a more collaborative and cohesive work environment. Safety First Custom workwear printing can also play an important role in keeping your employees safe. Work wear can be designed to meet safety standards for specific industries or job roles. For example, high-visibility workwear can be essential for employees working in construction or road work. Custom workwear printing can also include safety messages or warnings to remind employees of potential hazards. By investing in custom workwear printing, you’re not only promoting your brand but also showing your commitment to employee safety. Making the Investment Custom workwear printing is an investment worth making. It’s an opportunity to promote your brand, create a professional image, and keep your employees safe. When considering custom workwear printing, it’s important to work with a reputable supplier who can provide quality garments and printing services. It’s also important to choose designs that are on-brand and appropriate for your industry and job roles. In conclusion, custom workwear printing has the power to elevate your business. It’s an investment in your brand, your employees, and your overall image. By creating a cohesive, professional, and safe work environment, you’re not only improving your business but also creating a positive perception of your brand. Custom workwear printing is an investment that pays off in more ways than one. Contact the branding hub today to start optimising your branding!

Day in the life of a Production Manager.

Hey there, I’m Taryn and I’m the Production manager here at The Branding Hub. I am your go-to girl for all your printing needs, questions, and queries. I like to structure my day however depending on what jobs are on I have to be flexible. But what does my day usually look like? I get into work between 8-8:20 and when I get in, I settle in, grab a cup of tea and start my working day. The first thing I do is look at emails. I have a personal business email (taryn@thebrandinghub.co.uk) and our general sales email (sales@thebrandinghub.co.uk) I will flick through the emails and reply to our customers. I also have a look at our social media to see if anyone has messaged and engage with customers. I have two desks at The Branding Hub one upstairs (where you’ll see me most of the time) and one downstairs with my colleagues at our sister business The Local Marketing Team. I always have my trusty notepad with me wherever I am in the office, my notepad consists of a daily to-do list and things I want to get done that day. I also write down during the day things I need to remember and people I need to contact. My notepad just keeps me organized its also good to look back on if I need to. I write down when I’ve made an order to our suppliers and what we’ve ordered to keep up to date with everything.  I check this in the morning and write down some extra bits that I want to get done. After this, I go upstairs and turn on all the machinery and complete the printing jobs I need to get done. I usually like to put on embroidery while printing as I have to wait for the embroidery machine, I find this a quicker way to work and get orders out quicker. My day always changes but throughout 8:30-5:30 I am answering emails, making calls, receiving calls, seeing customers that come into the office, taking payments, shipping out parcels to royal mail, sending out quotes and invoices, communicating with our graphic designer to get designs done for customers and mock-up’s, writing a blog post every week, creating content for social media and posting out content, engaging with businesses the list goes on and on. We also have an exciting project happening that’s been months in the making. Its taken a lot of meetings, decision making and a lot of testing for this so its exciting to see it unfold. Its something we are very proud off however I cant reveal this till a later date. I end the day on my computer making sure I have caught up with everything that day and reply to customers and order some supplies. I write out my to do list for the next day and once every thing is turned off and done I head back home. That’s my typical day although is changes everyday. I will always give you my best advice so contact us today and lets get the ball rolling to get your perfect branded workwear.

Why Choose Embroidery?

We offer two different print methods here at The Branding Hub. Embroidery is the other option that is fairly new to The Branding Hub. We bought our Embroidery machine in May 2022 and it’s been constantly busy ever since we bought it! Our Embroidery machine is a Melco EMT16X. We have a vast selection of fabrics and garments that we can embroider. There are lots of pros and cons when choosing embroidery, we love embroidery, and is very popular however there are some things to bare in mind. We are able to embroider on Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Polos, Aprons, Bags, Fleece, Gilets, Towels, Jackets, Softshell, Shirts, and much more. We can embroider on T-shirts on the left breast however we do not recommend having a big back or front embroidery on T-shirts as there is a potential that the T-shirt will rip. There is a variety of materials that we can embroider so if you have any questions about whether we can embroider something contact us about it. Just like print we have a selection of placements we can embroider like left breast, right breast, front, back, arm, front of hats, and side of hats on a pocket. We can embroider intricate jobs however if it’s too complicated we usually suggest print is a better print type for you as it may look messy with embroidery. But actually what is embroidery? Embroidery is a print type that forms decorative designs with machine needlework and thread. Embroidery is done by stitches. We have to create your logo as a stitch file for it to be embroidered. It is perfect for workwear as it is very long-lasting and suitable for a lot of garments. When your order is with us and you’ve chosen embroidery we have to get your logo digitized. This is a one-time payment of £16.95 and once we have your logo digitized we can use it over again and you won’t have to pay that again unless you get another logo digitized. Having a logo digitised means that you logo turns into a stitch file which we need for embroidery. Once we have your logo digitized we will get ready to embroider your garments. We will pick threads that match your logo unless you want a specific colour. AND WERE READY TO EMBROIDER! We load up the design on our software and prep your garment. We hoop up your garment with backing underneath to protect the clothing and the embroidery machine does the rest. Once your embroidery is done we clip off any loose threads and removing the backing making it nice and neat for you. A good thing about embroidery is that when you’ve received your order there isn’t strict instructions to wash unlike print you have to be really careful when washing. There’s so many pros to having embroidery however there is a lot of things to bare in mind when having it. This type of printing is great as there’s no minimal orders, you can order as many as you like. We can accommodate extra printed shirts after you receive your order in a few easy steps. If you ever have any questions about it please give us a ring or contact us and we will go through it with you.

Embroidery Ordering Process

Here at The Branding Hub, we like to make the whole ordering process as easy as possible. Whether it’s ordering on our website or directly through us we always like to chat with you to ensure we are getting your vision. Embroidery is a great print method for workwear as it’s stronger, lasts longer, and is suitable for most garments. With every logo, we embroider we have to take a one-off payment of £16.95 to get your logo sent off to be digitized. Once we have it, we have it forever! Ordering your clothing is only one click away, when ordering on the website simply find the garments you are looking for. We have a lot of choices on our website so picking what’s right for you may be overwhelming. We can always advise you through this process and help you to pick the perfect garment for you. We will recommend brands best suited to you and your business. Go through the steps of choosing your preferred colour and size garment and tick the embroidery tab. You will be asked to upload your design onto our website and all you need to do next is checkout and leave the rest with us. You also have the option to pay with Lay-Buy. You can speak to a member of staff if you don’t have a logo to hand. We can design one for you or tweak an old one you have. Once we have your design, we will get your design digitized, garments ordered, and embroidered for you. It’s as easy as that. If you need help or advice through this process our staff can help you. Another way to order is to contact us. We recommend doing this if you’re looking to order a bulk order so we can discuss in detail what you want. To get a full understanding of what you’re looking for we prefer talking to you whether that’s by email, over the phone, or in person. We can discuss your options like what clothing you are looking for with what print type would work best with your logo, garment, and placement. We will ask for sizes and colours and desired placement for your logo. We will take that and write you an official quote with all our prices there for you. We can adapt your quote if needed but once you accept, we turn the quote into an invoice and you can now leave it up to us. We will do the printing process for you. Starting with ordering in your garments for you, to getting your logo digitized and ready for embroidery. We will check threads to get the correct colour. We can give you an estimated guess of how long your order will take however if you have a certain date your order needs to be ready by, we will do our best to do that for you. We will email or call you to let you know your order is completely ready for delivery or collection. Payment can be taken over the phone, in our office, or online with your invoice.
