So if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, fit or artwork implementation then contact us right away. Returns If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, we will arrange a return and delivery of correct items If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items. We use Collect+’s free and convenient service for returns. Find your nearest Collect+ business and learn how to use the service here. How to make a return Contact us by phone (0333 772 6124) or email with your order number to hand We’ll send you a free return certificate, which you need to return your items. *Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging Leave the rest to us! We’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned items. If we cannot accept a return We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. We ask that you provide high-res artwork to ensure that your garment looks professional.

Mockup T&C’s
Once your order has been received, we will provide you with a mock-up of your order. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the mock-up, we no longer take responsibility for any artwork-related issues including spelling mistakes. Whilst we will print and embroider on garments provided by the customer, we do encourage that we supply the clothing as we cannot replace your garments, should there be any form of error during the branding process.
Logo/Artwork Guidelines
Check before uploading your logos There may be certain limitations depending on the customisation type you select. In particular, certain designs cannot be printed due to the quality or detail of the logo/artwork. The Branding Hub holds the right to tweak the design where needed to produce the best quality print. Where some websites or printers may refuse to print your garment, our team will work with you to produce a high quality printed garment. This will delay the printing process and can take up to 20-28 days depending on the complexity of the logo/artwork. We ask that you upload the best quality version of your logo/artwork you have to ensure the best end results. We ask for files to be 300 DPI or higher. If you upload a file that is too low quality to print, our artwork team will contact you. The Branding Hub has the ability and skills to re-draw or re-design your logo/artwork if needed to print a quality garment.
Delivery
Dispatch times We currently run on a rough dispatch time of 10-14 days. Your proposed delivery date will be stated in the order confirmation. If you have ordered a customised item, including logo or text and artwork isn’t supplied in the correct form this can delay delivery times.
